De Ricardo Tisci x is een high-fashion versie van de iconische sneaker. Stijlvolle veranderingen aan het silhouet zijn onder andere een nieuwe perforatie in de neus en een stapel overlappende V-vormen op de hiel. Geel, blauw, oranje, zwart en bruin fleuren de witte sneakerbasis op. Als onderdeel van een speciale collectie die in 2014 werd gelanceerd, transformeerde ontwerper Ricardo Tisci het silhouet radicaal in verschillende hoogtes.
