De 3 Retro 'Racer Blue' toont een door OG geïnspireerde kleurblokkering die doet denken aan de 'Fire Red'-kleurstelling van de schoen uit 1988. Het bovenwerk is gemaakt van wit, getrommeld leer met levendige koningsblauwe details op de veteroogjes van de sneaker, kraag en polyurethaan tussenzool, en met zichtbare demping onder de hiel. Extra blauwe accenten komen terug op de standaard Jumpman-branding op de tong en hiel. Dubbele overlays met olifantenprint zijn voorzien van een opvallend craquelépatroon.
